Can guiders continue to make an order via email? 

All cookie orders can only be made via the cookie portal starting Year 2022.

Who will be given the access to log into the cookie portal? 

Each school will be given an account for guiders or girls to log into the portal for ordering. (1 guider account per school)

Who can I contact if I can’t access the cookie portal or facing any technical issues? 

You may contact GGS HQ at GGScookies@girlguides.org.sg for administrative issues from 0900-1700 Tuesday – Saturday.
Technical issues related to orders, you may contact support@edhub.net.

 

Ordering

Can multiple orders be made by one school? 

 Yes, the cookie portal allows multiple orders

⦁ How do I know if the cookies are available for ordering? 

The stock inventory and availability will be shown in the portal homepage 

⦁ How do I know if my order is confirmed? 

You will receive a confirmation email. 

⦁ Can I amend or cancel after placing an order? 

If additional tins are required, please place an additional order. If you wish to reduce the number of tins, you may cancel the order and resubmit. However if payment have been made, it will take some time for us to process the refund. 

Am I allowed to change after selecting the preferred mode of payment? 

We do not recommend changes after selecting the preferred mode of payment to avoid duplicate payment. 

 
Cookies

⦁ What are the available flavours?

We have the Chocolate Cream and Chocolate Mint cookies.

⦁ Are our cookies halal-certified?

Yes, our cookies are halal-certified.

⦁ Are our cookies vegetarian-friendly? 

No, our cookies do contain milk powder and whole egg powder.

⦁ Do our cookies contain nuts? 

No, our cookies do not contain any nuts. However, the cookies are manufactured in a facility that also manufacture other products that contain nuts.

⦁ When will the cookies expire? 

 Our cookies have a shelf-life of 9 months after production. The expiry date of the cookies is indicated at the bottom of the cookie tins.

⦁ Do the cookies need to be stored in the refrigerator? 

Once opened, we suggest to store in refrigerator.

 
Delivery

Can we request for specific delivery date and time?

It’s difficult to cater to specific date and time. Delivery will be dispatch within a week notice.

How do we know when we will be receiving the cookies?

You will be receiving an email notification (sent to guider account email) from the portal notifying the delivery details. You need to acknowledge the email as a form of acceptance

 
Report

Will the schools have access to reports on the ordering status? 

The guiders will have access to an account summary report to display total no of tins ordered, outstanding payment (if any), average no of tins sold by each girl, order history and delivery/collection details for each order.
