\u2981 Can guiders continue to make an order via email?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

All cookie orders can only be made via the cookie portal starting Year 2022.<\/p>

\u2981 Who will be given the access to log into the cookie portal?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Each school will be given an account for guiders or girls to log into the portal for ordering. (1 guider account per school)<\/p>

\u2981 Who can I contact if I can\u2019t access the cookie portal or facing any technical issues?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0Yes, the cookie portal allows multiple orders<\/p>

\u2981 How do I know if the cookies are available for ordering?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The stock inventory and availability will be shown in the portal homepage\u00a0<\/p>

\u2981 How do I know if my order is confirmed?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

You will receive a confirmation email.\u00a0<\/p>

\u2981 Can I amend or cancel after placing an order?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

If additional tins are required, please place an additional order. If you wish to reduce the number of tins, you may cancel the order and resubmit. However if payment have been made, it will take some time for us to process the refund.\u00a0<\/p>

\u2981 Am I allowed to change after selecting the preferred mode of payment?<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>

We do not recommend changes after selecting the preferred mode of payment to avoid duplicate payment.\u00a0<\/p>

We have the Chocolate Cream and Chocolate Mint cookies.<\/p>

Yes, our cookies are halal-certified.<\/p>

\u2981 Are our cookies vegetarian-friendly?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

No, our cookies do contain milk powder and whole egg powder.<\/p>

\u2981 Do our cookies contain nuts?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

No, our cookies do not contain any nuts. However, the cookies are manufactured in a facility that also manufacture other products that contain nuts.<\/p>

\u2981 When will the cookies expire?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0Our cookies have a shelf-life of 9 months after production. The expiry date of the cookies is indicated at the bottom of the cookie tins.<\/p>

\u2981 Do the cookies need to be stored in the refrigerator?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Once opened, we suggest to store in refrigerator.<\/p>

It\u2019s difficult to cater to specific date and time. Delivery will be dispatch within a week notice.<\/p>\n

\u2981 How do we know when we will be receiving the cookies?<\/b><\/p>\n

You will be receiving an email notification (sent to guider account email) from the portal notifying the delivery details. You need to acknowledge the email as a form of acceptance<\/p>\n
